Tasting Note
Aromatic black- and red-fruit core (black cherry, cassis) with cedar, tobacco and dark chocolate. Medium-bodied, creamy texture, juicy freshness and soft, polished tannins; refined, lingering finish.

Roast beef, lamb chops, grilled ribeye, duck à l'orange; Western cheeses (aged cheddar, comté); Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ beef, spicy Sichuan beef or mushroom stir-fries.
Production Method
Temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation with ~3-week maceration; matured ~12–18 months in French oak barrels (c.60–65% new).

Second wine of Château Branaire‑Ducru (4ème Cru Classé). Made mainly from younger vines in Saint-Julien; estate with roots back to the 18th century; Duluc launched in the 1990s.
