Tasting Note

Deep black-fruit core of cassis, blackberry and damson with graphite, tobacco, cedar and subtle floral/tea notes. Medium‑full, polished texture, firm chalky tannins and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Western: roast lamb, rib‑eye steak, beef stew, mushroom risotto; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi), Cantonese roasted meats, rich Sichuan beef dishes.


Production Method

Traditional destemmed fermentation, matured ~12 months in French oak (approx. 60% new). Classic left-bank vinification and élevage.
