Perfumed cassis, blackberry and plum with pencil-lead, cedar, tobacco and dark chocolate; medium-full body, fine powdery tannins, chalky minerality and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled vats; aged ~15–18 months in French oak barrels (approx. 30–40% new).
