Tasting Note

Amber pomace brandy with dried apricot, gingerbread, vanilla, toasted oak, tobacco and warm baking spices. Rich, rounded palate, smooth mouthfeel and a long, spicy finish.


Food Pairing

Western: blue cheese, aged Comté, foie gras, dark chocolate, roasted duck. Asian: red‑braised pork (hong shao rou), smoked duck, Chinese five‑spice desserts, mooncakes, spicy Sichuan dishes.


Production Method

Distilled from grape pomace (marc) sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards, aged 8–20 years in a mix of new and used oak barrels, then blended and rested before bottling.
