Tasting Note
Perfumed, mineral-driven Grand Cru: sappy red cherry and raspberry with clove, white pepper and wild herb (sage), sous-bois and fine/firm tannins, lifted by bright acidity and a long spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb with herbs, beef Wellington, mushroom risotto, venison, duck confit. Asian: Peking/roast duck, miso‑glazed aubergine, soy‑glazed wagyu or bulgogi (Korean BBQ), Cantonese roast pork (char siu).

Production Method
2020 vintage was completely de‑stemmed; traditional Burgundian fermentation on native yeasts with long maceration, followed by ~14–18 months in French oak (c.75–80% new).

Family domaine established 1850 in Gevrey‑Chambertin; run by the Drouhin‑Laroze family (Philippe, Christine; children Caroline & Nicolas). Estate owns several Grands Crus including Latricières.
