Tasting Note
Bright red cherry and wild blackberry, dried herbs, subtle sweet spice and cedar; silky mid-palate with fine, polished tannins, vibrant acidity and a saline, gently savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; gentle extraction (light punchdowns, moderate remontage); aged ~18 months in oak barrels (c.40% new for En Combes), with malolactic fermentation.
