Tasting Note
Medium-bodied Burgundian Pinot Noir: dark cherry, plum and black-berry fruit with forest-floor, subtle smoke and earthy notes; fleshy mid-palate, powdery gentle tannins and a medium-length, slightly rustic finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; cool maceration and fermentation in enameled/stainless/cement vats with indigenous yeasts; ~31% whole clusters; aged in oak barrels (‘fûts d’un vin’) with medium–medium+ toasts.
