Tasting Note
Pure brambly and black-cherry fruit with violet and poached-plum notes. Sleek, juicy mid-palate, silky tannins, bright acidity and a surprisingly persistent, fresh finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir from ten Gevrey parcels; partial whole-bunch fermentation (≈30%), fermented in tank and oak, aged ~12–18 months in French oak barrels (≈40% new, light toast).
