Tasting Note
Ripe black cherry, plum and dark berry core with raspberry and blackcurrant; secondary notes of truffle, sous-bois, leather, anise and spice. Silky yet structured tannins and a long, savory, slightly oaky finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fully destemmed in 2019; indigenous-yeast fermentations in small open vats with 2–3 week maceration; aged 16–20 months in French oak (≈80% new).
