Concentrated black- and red-cherry fruit with notes of Earl Grey, dark chocolate, liquorice, truffle and subtle black pepper; powerful, mineral-driven, with refined yet firm tannins and a long, savoury finish.

Hand-harvested; ~30% whole-bunch fermentation, indigenous yeasts, small open-vat maceration, punched-down; aged 16–20 months in new French oak (high proportion of new barrels).
