Crisp lemon, white peach and pear with floral, hazelnut and toasted-almond notes; pronounced flint/chalk minerality and saline finish, precise acidity and long, elegant persistence.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; pneumatic pressing; fermentation in stainless and oak (part native yeasts, part cultured); malolactic fermentation followed by 8–15 months ageing (limited new oak).
