Tasting Note
Powerful, saline Chablis: lemon, yellow plum, quince, white flowers and iodine with pronounced flinty minerality, bright chalky acidity, broad texture and a long saline finish.

Production Method
Pneumatic pressing, short enzymatic settling; fermentation with indigenous yeasts partly in stainless steel and oak; systematic malolactic fermentation; aged 8–10 months, light fining and filtration.
