Tasting Note
Perfumed citrus and white-flesh fruit (pear, apricot) with orange blossom, flinty/iodine minerality and saline sea-spray. Medium–full, satiny palate with bright acidity and a persistent citrus-spice finish.

Pneumatic pressing; fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and partly in (neutral/recent) French oak; partial malolactic; élevage ~8–10 months in tank and barrels; light filtration.
