Black cherry, kirsch and blackberry with violet and spice (cinnamon, star anise); subtle vanilla/oak, velvety texture, ripe tannins and a medium‑long, spicy finish

Production Method
Hand-harvested (20 Sept–8 Oct 2018); vinified as a Merlot/Cabernet Franc blend and aged ~30% in new oak barrels; bottled April 2020. Second wine of Château Quintus.
