Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, plum, dark chocolate, cedar and sweet tobacco, with minty lift, ultra-fine tannins, full body and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented with controlled temperature and extended maceration; malolactic fermentation and 15 months in French oak barrels (72% new).
