Bright, crisp blue agave with citrus (lemon, lime, grapefruit), green apple and light tropical notes; subtle white/black pepper, herbal and mineral hints; smooth, slightly sweet, clean finish.

Production Method

Made from 100% Blue Weber agave (highlands); piñas slow-roasted in stone/brick ovens, naturally fermented in stainless tanks, double-distilled in pot stills and bottled unaged.
