Tasting Note

Rich and smooth: cooked blue agave, vanilla, caramel and butterscotch with oak and wild honey, citrus lift (lime/grapefruit) and a gentle peppery spice; bright, lightly spiced finish.

Production Method

100% Blue Weber agave; slow-roasted in brick/stone ovens, roller-milled; fermented in stainless tanks, double-distilled in pot stills; aged ~18 months in American white‑oak (ex‑bourbon) barrels.
