Tasting Note
Silky añejo: warm vanilla, caramel and toasted oak overlay roasted blue agave, toffee and dark chocolate, with subtle spice and a long, smooth finish.
Food Pairing
Western: grilled steak, roasted nuts, aged cheeses, dark chocolate desserts. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), spicy Thai dishes, sushi/sashimi, Mexican ceviche and carnitas.
Production Method
100% Blue Weber agave; slow-cooked in brick/stone ovens, double-distilled in small batches and aged minimum 2.5 years in American white oak barrels.
