Tasting Note
Rich vanilla, caramel and toasted oak with roasted blue agave, dark chocolate, cinnamon and white pepper. Silky, full-bodied and smooth with a long, warm, slightly spicy finish.

Production Method
100% Blue Weber agave; cooked, mashed and double-distilled (small-batch pot still for final run); aged minimum 2.5 years in used American white oak/bourbon barrels.
