Tasting Note
Opaque, full-bodied Cabernet with concentrated blackcurrant, cassis, cedar, crushed stone, tobacco and baking spice; dense, muscular tannins and an extremely long, mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, aged cheddar, braised short ribs. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Peking duck, Cantonese roasted pork (char siu), miso-glazed black cod.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented with careful extraction; aged ~18 months in French oak (≈40% new). Crafted to express Napanook terroir.

Dominus Estate (Christian Moueix) farms the historic Napanook Vineyard in Yountville, originally planted in the 1830s; estate restored under Moueix, producing iconic Napa Bordeaux-style wines.
