Tasting Note
Dense cassis, black cherry, graphite and wet-earth aromas with tobacco, licorice and dark chocolate. Full-bodied with polished, firm tannins, layered oak and a long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged cheddar; Korean BBQ, Peking duck, char siu, spicy Sichuan beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, sorted and fermented in small lots; matured ~18 months in French oak (≈40% new). Traditional Bordeaux-style blending and minimal intervention.
