Tasting Note
Intense ripe apricot and confit fruit, honeyed and almond undertones, gentle vanilla spice and fresh acidity. Silky, fruity and dessert-like with a long, sweet-fruited finish.

Food Pairing
Western: apricot tart, crème brûlée, panna cotta, vanilla ice cream; Asian: mango sticky rice, matcha mochi, sesame balls, sweet red‑bean desserts. Also as a cocktail base or digestif with sorbet.

Production Method
Hand‑pitted Bergeron apricots macerated in neutral spirit/eau‑de‑vie (≈6 months), sugar added (~150 g/L), bottled often unfiltered in small artisanal batches.
