Tasting Note
Stone fruit, chamomile and dried herbs with a touch of honey; waxy, rounded texture balanced by savory minerality and medium acidity, generous yet restrained finish.

Western: poached fish, seafood linguine, cauliflower gratin, roasted chicken with lemon & thyme. Asian: steamed fish with ginger & scallions, mild coconut curries, tempura, grilled yakitori.
