Tasting Note
Fresh apricot, white peach, mandarin zest and orange blossom with a hint of almond and saline minerality. Silky, slightly creamy texture, bright acidity and a clean, persistent finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Viognier; fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and aged on lees in inox for several months. Minimal intervention, little or no oak, bottled with minimal filtration.
