Tasting Note
Ripe red fruits, delicate oak spice, silky yet dense tannins with fine-grained texture and a fruity, slightly sweet finish. (Red berries, plum, light vanilla/wood).

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck (magret) with red-fruit sauce, beef, lamb, mushroom puff pastries, game. Asian: Peking duck, char siu or Cantonese roasted pork, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Sichuan-style beef or teriyaki duck.

Production Method
Parcel selection; traditional vinification with 18 months ageing in demi-muids (500L). Domaine HVE-certified practices.

Family domaine run by Hervé & Marité Richard in Chavanay; ~10 hectares, steep coteaux vineyards, HVE-certified, producing Condrieu, Saint-Joseph and a Côte-Rôtie. Founded late 20th century (family history back to 1950s).
