Tasting Note
Aromas of peach, apricot, acacia/white flowers, honey and almond; full-bodied, round and creamy with fine oak, bright mineral lift and a long, slightly spicy finish.
Food Pairing
Western: grilled scallops, lobster, creamy roast chicken, pork tenderloin, goat cheeses. Asian: Thai coconut chicken, Vietnamese spring rolls, sushi (fatty fish), tempura, spicy Sichuan or Cantonese dishes.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Viognier; approx. one-third fermented/aged in oak barrels, remainder in stainless vats; 11–12 months on fine lees. HVE-certified viticulture practices.

Family domaine in Chavanay run by Hervé and Marité Richard (since 1984); ~10 ha on steep granitic slopes, producing Condrieu and Saint-Joseph. HVE certified since 2019.
