Tasting Note
Bright purple Pinot Noir with intense red and dark berry aromas, light spice. Juicy, fresh and fleshy on the palate with well-coated tannins, moderate oak and a savory, slightly spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, pork loin, beef carpaccio, mushroom risotto, charcuterie and aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, teriyaki salmon, Korean BBQ (galbi), braised pork belly, miso-glazed aubergine.

Production Method
Organic (Ecocert); hand-harvested; minimum ~25% whole-cluster; 100% natural fermentation; matured ~12–13 months in French oak (c.20% new).

Domaine MIA (formerly La Marche) owns ~18 ha across Mercurey and Rully; certified organic (Ecocert) and managed biodynamically/organically with family history back to 1860; Mia took leadership in 2020.
