Tasting Note
Bright citrus and white peach with lime blossom, wet stone and hazelnut, saline sea-spray minerality, subtle vanilla and toast, crystalline acidity and a long, spicy, peppery finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; manual harvest, pneumatic pressing, 24h settling; native-yeast fermentation in oak (≈22% new), 12 months in barrel then 6 months in tank; minimal fining/light filtration.
