Tasting Note
Perfumed red and black cherry, raspberry and rose petal with violet florals, spice and wet-stone minerality. Medium-bodied, lively acidity, fine-grained tannins and a saline, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, duck à l'orange, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, miso-glazed salmon, char siu, Korean BBQ, shiitake & soy stir-fry.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, low-intervention viticulture; native-yeast fermentations (largely destemmed), followed by élevage c.18–20 months in oak, minimal additions and limited filtration.

Run by Jean‑Marie Fourrier (since 1994). Domaine owns ~9–10 ha across Gevrey, Morey, Chambolle and Vougeot; emphasizes old vines, careful vineyard work and minimal-intervention winemaking.
