Tasting Note
Bright citrus and green apple with stone-fruit (peach/apricot), almond and white-flower notes, chalky minerality and a clean, slightly saline, dry finish; medium-bodied with ripe texture and fresh acidity.
Food Pairing
Western: oysters, shellfish, roast chicken, creamy fish, salmon, mild cheeses. Asian: sashimi/sushi, steamed fish with ginger & scallion, tempura, lightly spiced Thai or Vietnamese seafood dishes.
Production Method
Made from three Chambolle parcels (≈1 ha). Fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral / pre-used barrels on fine lees; minimal sulfur and light hands-off élevage.

Domaine Fourrier (Jean‑Marie Fourrier) of Gevrey‑Chambertin; family domaine dating to 1930s. Bourgogne Blanc comes from ~1 ha of Chardonnay vines in Chambolle-Musigny (planted c.1995).
