Tasting Note
Bright red and black fruits (raspberry, cassis), violet florals, subtle spice and earthy-mineral notes from amphora aging; silky tannins, fresh acidity and a long savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled beef, pork shoulder, charcuterie, stews, aged goat/sheep cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), spicy Sichuan dishes, teriyaki or soy-glazed meats.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Cabernet Franc; extended maceration (2–3 weeks) and aged ~12 months in terracotta amphorae; minimal new oak, bottled after natural cellaring.
