Juicy red cherry and raspberry core with herbal/capsicum notes, black pepper spice and a savory, slightly mineral finish. Smooth, velvety tannins and medium‑full body.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; ~15 days maceration, fermented in stainless vats at cool temperatures with malolactic conversion; aged about 12 months in large foudre. Organic conversion practices on the estate.
