Tasting Note
Intense ruby with aromas of black cherry, wild strawberry, rose, sandalwood and cardamom; silky yet ample tannins, mineral freshness and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Organic since 1998 and biodynamic farming; hand-harvested, gravity-fed vinification with cold pre-fermentation maceration and native yeasts; aged 16–17 months in French oak (≈20% new).
