Tasting Note
Bright red-fruit (cherry, raspberry) with wild blackberry, sous-bois and spice; medium-bodied, fine-grained tannins, lively acidity and a mineral, persistent finish.

Hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts (partial whole clusters sometimes used), malolactic completion and barrel aging (12–18 months in French oak; modest % new); unfined/unfiltered; biodynamic viticulture.
