Tasting Note
Aromatic, oaked Sauvignon Blanc with jasmine, almond meal, stone fruit, poached pear, toffee and subtle tropical pineapple. Velvety mouthfeel, saline minerality and focused acidity leading to a long, vibrant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roasted chicken with herb butter, seared scallops with beurre blanc, creamy seafood pasta. Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, salmon teriyaki, sushi/sashimi, mild Thai green curry.

Production Method
Hand-picked from a single hectare; fermented in 100% new French oak barriques, matured on fine lees ~12 months, bottled unfined/unfiltered and cellared before release.
