Tasting Note
Pale straw. Bright citrus, grapefruit and honeysuckle with white-peach and subtle vanilla/toasty oak. Mouth-filling, creamy texture, vibrant acidity and a long, mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, butter-poached lobster, grilled prawns, goat cheese, creamy seafood pasta. Asian: sashimi/sushi, miso-glazed fish, steamed black cod, Vietnamese spring rolls, light Thai seafood dishes.

Production Method
Hand-picked from Stoney Vineyard; fermented in 100% new French oak barriques, matured ~12 months on fine lees, bottled unfined/unfiltered and often cellared before release.

Domaine A (Stoney Vineyard) established in 1973; Lady A originated as a small-batch, single-hectare cuvée created by Peter Althaus for Ruth Althaus; now part of the Domaine A portfolio with continued small-production focus.
