Tasting Note
Bright citrus and white peach with gooseberry, green melon and pineapple; subtle vanilla and new-oak spice, creamy mid-palate, vibrant acidity and a long, refined finish.

Food Pairing
Western: seared scallops, grilled lobster, roast chicken, creamy seafood pasta, goat cheese. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, steamed fish with soy/ginger, Thai green curry, Vietnamese spring rolls.

Production Method
Fermented and matured in 100% new French oak barriques; 12 months on fine lees, bottled unfined and unfiltered with extended bottle ageing before release.

Vineyard Info
Made from a single hectare at Stoney Vineyard (oldest SB vines planted 1991). Created by Peter Althaus as a special cuvée for Ruth Althaus; acclaimed, small-batch production.
