Tasting Note
Aromas of rose petals, wild strawberry, hibiscus and fine Italian leather; palate of maraschino cherry, blueberry compote, forest floor and dusky spice. Silky texture, lifted acidity and velvety, suede tannins with a long, spicy finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown fruit from multiple estate vineyards; small-lot fermentations, aged ~15 months in French oak (approximately 50% new).
