Tasting Note
Ripe red berries (raspberry, strawberry), blood orange and pomegranate with candied peel, saffron, toast and minerally oyster-shell notes; satiny mousse, full-bodied yet fresh with a long, focused finish.

Assemblage of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with a small proportion of still Pinot for rosé; traditional bottle fermentation (méthode traditionnelle) and extended lees ageing (~10–12+ years) before release.
