Dark ruby with red and black cherry, blackcurrant, licorice, cedar/vanilla from oak and a touch of leather; powerful yet fresh, with ripe fruit, lively acidity and firm, polished tannins.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, sorted; cold pre-fermentation maceration (≈15–18 days) then 5–6 days alcoholic fermentation with punch-downs; aged ~12 months in French oak (≈25% new).
