Pure, sappy Puligny: citrus, white peach and honeysuckle with subtle menthol and white pepper. Rich yet precise palate, creamy texture, vibrant acidity, saline minerality and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; pneumatic press; 100% whole grapes; alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak; ~18 months ageing with ~25% new French oak; HVE/biodynamic-influenced viticulture.
