Tasting Note
Green apple, pear and citrus with stony minerality, subtle spice and lees-driven creaminess. Medium-bodied, focused acidity and fine tension, finishing clean, dry and slightly saline.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; pneumatic pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak (approx. 10–15% new), 12 months in cask then ~6 months in tank; light fining and filtration.

Domaine Leflaive, historic Puligny-Montrachet estate (family since 1717). Bourgogne Blanc made from several Puligny parcels (Les Houlières, Les Parties); estate works biodynamically with older vine parcels for this cuvée (≈3.24 ha total).
