Tasting Note
Sour cherry, kirsch and black berry fruit with forest-floor, clove, vanilla and dark chocolate notes. Silky, concentrated and structured palate with ripe, fine-grained tannins, lively mineral acidity and a very long, focused finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; partial whole-cluster with cold pre-fermentation maceration, 2–3 week fermentation; aged 16–18 months in French oak (≈40–50% new).
