Tasting Note
Citrus oil, white flowers, stone fruit and honeyed gooseberry with saline minerality, slate and a creamy, textural mid-palate; racy acidity and subtle oak spice on a long, precise finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented and matured in oak barrels (approximately 18 months) with ~30–35% new oak to add texture and spice.
