Tasting Note

Citrus oil, white flowers, stone fruit and honeyed gooseberry with saline minerality, slate and a creamy, textural mid-palate; racy acidity and subtle oak spice on a long, precise finish.

Western: shellfish (lobster, crab), grilled scallops, roast chicken, creamy seafood pasta, goat cheese. Asian: sushi/sashimi, steamed fish with ginger & scallions, mild Thai green curry, Vietnamese seafood dishes.


Production Method

Hand-harvested; fermented and matured in oak barrels (approximately 18 months) with ~30–35% new oak to add texture and spice.

Historic Grand Cru Classé estate in Léognan; owned and run by the Bernard family (Olivier Bernard) since 1983, small but renowned white-plot focus within the domaine.
