Tasting Note

Concentrated citrus and yellow orchard fruit with lime blossom, marzipan and saline mineral notes; creamy mid-palate, bright acidity and a long, savory finish.

Production Method

Estate-grown Sauvignon/Sémillon; fermented and aged ~18 months in French oak (portion new), long élevage in barrel; estate vinification, in conversion to organic.
