Tasting Note
Fresh citrus and white peach with mandarin, beeswax and lanolin notes. Honeyed minerality, subtle toast and lemongrass; medium–full-bodied with racy acidity and a long, saline, complex finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; direct press, fermentations and élevage in oak barrels (approx. 18 months, ~1/3 new oak) with regular bâtonnage on the lees.
