Fresh citrus, white peach and pear with chalky minerality, crushed stone, white flowers and subtle oak; vibrant acidity and a long saline, citrus-tinged finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested, multiple picks (Aug–Sept); gentle pressing, barrel fermentation and 16–18 months élevage in French oak (≈35% new).
