Flinty struck‑match and grapefruit, lemon pith, ripe gooseberry and white blossom; lees-driven creaminess, toasted hazelnut and chalky saline minerality, precise acidity and a long, focused finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed; indigenous (wild) yeast fermentation; ~18 months in older French oak barrels on lees; bottled without fining, minimal filtration.
