Barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc with grapefruit, lemon-tart, honeyed peach, hazelnut and leesy flint; bright acidity, creamy texture and a long saline, mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Sauvignon Blanc pressed to older French oak, barrel-fermented with regular lees stirring (≈18 months), minimal intervention, native and selected yeasts, little/no malolactic.

Founded 2002 by James Healy and Ivan Sutherland; estate fruit from older vines, organically farmed with low yields and minimal-intervention winemaking.
