Tasting Note

Bright red cherry and plum with forest-floor, violet and spice notes; silky texture, fine-grained tannins and subtle cedary oak, medium-bodied with a savory, lingering finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested; 15–25% whole-bunch inclusion; indigenous-yeast ferment in small open-top stainless fermenters; pressed to French oak (30–40% new) for ~18 months; bottled without fining/filtration; certified organic farming.
